  • Soya sauce1 tbsp
  • Chinese red chili sauce1 tbsp
  • White vinegar1/2 tbsp
  • Cornstarch2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder1/4 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Vegetable stock\4 cups water

For Garnishing: 

  • Oil for deep frying the noodles
  • Corn starch1 tbsp
  • Boiled noodles1 cup
  • Chopped spring onions 

PROCEDURE:

  1. Sprinkle corn starch on bubbled noodles and throw well till the starch gets equitably covered on each strand. Warmth oil in a skillet and profound fry the noodles. Take out on a plate and keep aside.
