Ingredients for Tawa Kabab Recipe:

  • Chicken Mince with Fats 600g
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves (Chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (Chopped) 4
  • Onion (Chopped) 2
  • Coriander Leaves (Chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Carom Seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Procedure for Tawa Kabab:

  1. Arrangement Time: 20 minutes 
  2. Cooking Time: 12 minutes 
  3. Serve: 3 to 4 people.


  • In a bowl include take mince and include salt, turmeric, red bean stew powder, squashed bean stew, carom seeds, garam masala, coriander powder, onion, coriander leave, green chilies, mint and ginger garlic glue. 
  • Blend them well; oil your hand with oil to make kabab. 
  • Take wooden stick and string kebabs onto sticks. 
  • In a level dish heat oil and fry kabab. 
  • Spread the cover and let it stew for 3 to 4 minutes. 
  • Turn kebabs, spread the cover and let it stew again for 2 to 3 minutes. 
  • Trimming with coriander leaves and chicken kabab are prepared to serve

Note:

  1. You can serve these kababs in a tortilla wrap or chapatti with some green chutney.
  2. Serve with naan and raita.


Note for Kabab Recipe:

  1. While blending chicken mince, ensure it's totally depleted of water or, in all likelihood it will cause issues later while making the kebab.
